📋 Description
• Design, conduct, and manage new analytical projects • Leverage existing studies, literature, and analyses into current research and analysis projects • Write Python, R, and SQL programs to access, clean, and transform required data prior to analysis and reporting • Troubleshoot and perform data audits to ensure and improve data integrity; • Develop and deliver analysis results using various visualization and presentation software/tools • Consult and collaborate with Product, Reporting, Analytics, and Account Management team members • Conduct ad-hoc analysis using various analytical tools and techniques • Support Sales, Marketing, and Client Success staff with Personify clients and prospects
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on healthcare benefits, claims analytics, or health insurance. • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL , and Microsoft Office products. • Experience with healthcare claims data (e.g., medical, pharmacy , dental ), risk models, and program evaluation statistical methodologies such as propensity score matching and difference in differences analyses. • Familiarity with predictive modeling, AI/ML algorithms , and working with large datasets. • Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, CMS rules). • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business strategies.
