Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Community Advocacy Program Manager to design, launch, and manage programs that will foster a thriving community of legal executives, including Chief Legal Officers, General Counsels (GCs), and Deputy General Counsels (Deputy GCs) at the world's leading companies. • This role is essential for building scalable community programs that will drive engagement, adoption, and advocacy for PERSUIT, ultimately enhancing brand visibility, retention, and growth. • You’ll help all of our PERSUIT employees amplify and scale the PERSUIT brand via community advocacy programs that will drive revenue growth. • The ideal candidate is a program-oriented leader with deep experience in building and managing structured community engagement programs, an understanding of the legal industry, and the ability to establish frameworks that enable peer-to-peer connections, thought leadership, and advocacy. • Design and implement comprehensive, scalable community advocacy programs that engage legal executives, driving awareness and engagement with PERSUIT’s products. • Develop foundational frameworks for peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, recognition programs (e.g., awards), industry discussions and knowledge sharing among community members. • Lead our customer and law firm advisory boards. • Support planning and execution of events (both virtual and in-person) to connect community members and facilitate discussions on industry trends, challenges, and solutions. • Create and manage programs that support the identification and nurturing of community advocates within the legal executive network. • Develop and implement tools and processes to track advocacy activities, including referrals, testimonials, case studies, and executive participation in events or content creation. • Collaborate with sales, customer experience and marketing to develop structured matchmaking programs that connect existing PERSUIT customers with mapped prospective customers, enabling advocacy to drive pipeline growth. • Work with the marketing team to develop content programs that amplify the voices of legal executives and promote PERSUIT’s thought leadership in the legal industry. • Create opportunities for internal PERSUIT team members and community members to contribute to articles, whitepapers, webinars, and other content that showcases their expertise and insights. • Partner with industry influencers and experts to integrate fresh perspectives into community content, ensuring ongoing relevance and engagement. • Collaborate with customer experience, marketing, product, and sales teams to align community programs with broader company objectives, ensuring they complement the customer journey and enhance the overall experience. • Establish feedback loops between the community and internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of community programs on engagement, advocacy, and sales opportunities. • Regularly report on program effectiveness, growth, and how community advocacy is influencing the sales pipeline and customer retention.

Requirements

• A program management professional with 8+ years of relevant experience in community building, or customer advocacy, with a focus on building structured and impactful engagement programs. • Proven track record of developing and executing scalable community programs that drive engagement and advocacy, and a strong plus for prior legal industry experience. • Exceptional ability to build frameworks, processes, and tools that enable community growth and participation. • Understanding of the legal industry, with the ability to design programs that resonate with CLOs, GCs, and Deputy GCs. • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders. • Knowledgeable in identifying, implementing, and using community management tools, platforms and best practices. • Willingness to travel up to 25-30% to oversee key events, program launches, and conferences.
