• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from application to offer • Carry out rigorous monitoring of candidate pipelines • Work on a variety of positions with different seniority levels • Act as an advisor to managers • Cultivate strong relationships with managers • Identify and contact qualified candidates via Linkedin Recruiter • Ensure data management and integrity in the ATS • Collaborate with HR on work permit questions and onboarding • Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes • Participate in recruitment and networking events

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or equivalent • Thorough understanding of the importance of providing exceptional service to candidates and managers • Strong sense of empathy towards others and great listening skills • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to getting things done • Collaborative and supportive team spirit • Ability to identify and proactively source pertinent candidates • High level of confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive information • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter • Advanced proficiency in both English and French required
