• PetLab Co. is the largest D2C pet supplement brand in the US with 50%+ market share, 9-figure revenue, profitable and rapidly growing with ambitious plans for global expansion. • We're looking for a hands-on affiliate/influencer specialist to join our team. • Identify opportunities, continuously experiment with and optimise the campaigns we run. • Contribute to the growth of partnerships/accounts in an exciting new channel.
Requirements
• 1-3 years in a Partnerships/ Affiliates/ Influencer/ Accounts role – recruiting, negotiating, and growing partnerships/accounts • Think Fast, Move Fast – Energized by a high-velocity, high-growth entrepreneurial environment with lots of creative freedom. • Driven to Excellence – A natural end-to-end ownership mentality with a relentless inner drive to excellence that other people find energizing, inspiring and motivating • Exceptional Communicator – A perceptive listener who quickly synthesize info and can formulate a methodical action plan that can be clearly articulated verbally and in writing (including strong copy writing skills).
