• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, leveraging experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning to expand market share and increase revenue. • Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability. • Analyze business operations and processes to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. • Collaborate with the growth and sales teams to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions and market expansion. • Assist in the creation and refinement of business processes, ensuring they align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, sales operations or a related field - ideally from a 2-sided marketplace setting. • Proven track record of success in business development or strategy, with experience in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive revenue and expand market presence. • Strong technical background with proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL). • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
