📋 Description
• We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to oversee vendor and client relationships, manage payroll processes, and ensure seamless and efficient financial operations. • Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment execution, and reconciliation using QuickBooks Online. • Manage accounts receivable processes such as invoicing, collections, and reconciliation using Xero. • Process payroll for US, Canadian, and remote employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. • Assist in managing monthly budgets across multiple entities, analyzing variances and providing actionable recommendations. • Communicate effectively with vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate terms. • Handle multi-currency payments through credit cards, wires, and ACH, ensuring compliance with exchange rates and accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • MBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA affiliate, ACMA, or CA Part Qualified. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • Experience in QuickBooks/Xero is mandatory with good command in MS Excel. • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude; able to work independently with minimal supervision. • High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to perform under pressure. • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
