📋 Description

• PetroApp is an electronic fleet fuel management system that helps businesses control and track vehicle fuel usage through a smart chip installed in each vehicle. • This system automates all fuel transactions, enabling companies to save up to 35% on their overall fuel budget. • With features like real-time monitoring, electronic documentation, and a vast network of stations, PetroApp ensures precise and reliable fuel management. • We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and enhance the user experience of our digital products. • The ideal candidate will collaborate with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to build solutions that meet user needs and align with PetroApp's mission. • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces using Figma. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. • Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback. • Ensure responsiveness and accessibility best practices in UI design. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) for additional design assets when needed. • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products. • Strong UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work. • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, etc.). • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. • Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices. • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles. • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with teams. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience working in agile environment.
