📋 Description

• Technology impacts everything we do. • Pfizer’s digital and ‘data first’ strategy focuses on implementing impactful and innovative technology solutions across all functions from research to manufacturing. • You will help us in building our strength in artificial intelligence and analytics. • You will be relied on to support the design, development, and management of AI solutions and products. • Your advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts in the discipline and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the organization. • While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

🎯 Requirements

• Must-Have BA/MS in STEM field. • 10+ years of experience in a technical field or advanced degree plus experience. • 7+ years working with software development (Front-end / Back-end) in a language such as Python (FastAPI experience preferred) or Javascript (React.js experience preferred) • 7+ years of experience building and deploying scalable and secure production grade solutions • 5+ years of project management or team leadership experience • 5+ years providing code reviews in Python • Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions. • Demonstrative success in problem solving and critical thinking in a fast-paced collaborative environment. • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) • Hands-on experience in project management tools and agile development practices • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) • Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
