📋 Description

• The Rare Disease Hemophilia Specialty Manager is the lead commercial customer-facing representative for Pfizer’s Hemophilia Portfolio. • Responsible for achieving company business objectives through execution of account plans. • Supports the existing portfolio with Hemophilia Treatment Centers and prepares for future pipeline therapies. • Builds and executes tailored account plans for customers. • Educates providers on disease state and appropriate patient types for approved therapies. • Communicates insights to Pfizer HQ to refine strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required • MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred • 10 years of previous biopharmaceutical or medical sales/marketing/customer support experience preferred, with at least 5 years in specialty sales, account management, specialty patient services, people/team leadership and/or developmental role • Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred • Key Account Management experience preferred • Hemophilia Rare Disease and/or Gene Therapy commercial customer facing experience preferred • Expertise working at the institutional level including P&T engagement, high-cost drug committee education, and hospital administration preferred • Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers preferred • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with executive presence required • Proven ability to manage a large geography with occasional overnight travel
