Description

• QuartzBio team is looking for a Director, Project Management to oversee the planning and execution of projects for the implementation of QuartzBio’s SaaS solutions. • The Director of Project Management will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations. • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, expectations, and feedback. • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant field • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in project management or related field operating in a software or software as a service organization. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing teams. • Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing role. • Proven leadership and strategic impact. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated proficiency for preparing and presenting business cases, both orally and in writing. • Skill in presenting well-organized and convincing information that is clear and efficient and can be understood by all audiences. • Excellent focus on customers, peers, and key vendor relationships to ensure expectations are met. • Ability to establish structures and processes to plan and manage the orderly implementation of change. • Good working knowledge of metrics to forecast project cost, schedule, effort, and quality.
