We are searching for a talented and motivated Marketing Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual-focused role, you will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive demand and optimize marketing operations for our innovative healthcare solutions. β€’ The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with proven experience in demand generation, marketing operations, and funnel optimization. Requirements

β€’ Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our products. β€’ Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. β€’ Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns. β€’ Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to align lead generation efforts and support their goals. β€’ Collaborate with the marketing content team to produce compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. β€’ Manage marketing automation systems to streamline processes, improve lead nurturing, and optimize the customer journey. β€’ Develop and maintain reporting metrics to track marketing performance and present findings to leadership. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to innovate our approach and maintain competitiveness. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or related roles. β€’ Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). β€’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. β€’ Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. β€’ Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus. β€’ A proactive attitude with the willingness to explore and test new strategies.
