• Engage 1:1 with targeted customers to advise on lead generation techniques and execute effective campaigns with PhantomBuster. • Leverage tools and technology (Planhat, Userpilot) to deliver value to multiple accounts at once through 1:many initiatives such as office hours or use case-based webinars. • Use a data-driven, tech-enabled approach to proactively engage with targeted customers at key points of the customer journey. • Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap by documenting and sharing insights on customers’ use cases. • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other teams to share your lead gen expertise.
• You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and know how to manage customer relationships. • You have a working knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools (CRM, outreach, no-code integration tools) and best practices. • You have a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy. • Your presentation skills are excellent: you know how to actively listen to customers and can speak to different types of persona. • You are rigorous and methodical: you know how to prioritise and organise your work and apply processes. • You embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and are excited about contributing to building scalable processes.
