Description

• Lead product design strategy and processes • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to solve customer and product problems • Conduct user research and usability tests to improve product UX • Design solutions using a broad toolkit, including wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes • Responsible for usability of new products and features • Improve existing product design practices and continuously develop Design System • Work on user onboarding, education, and AI integration challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of meaningful Product Design experience with a focus on UX and research • Experience with complex web B2B SaaS products • Great command of English and comfortable with writing copy for the product • Empathy for the users and their interests at the center of your everyday work • Experienced in running user research and usability tests autonomously • Fluent in design best practices and strong knowledge of user experience standards • Comfortable preparing and delivering specs in smaller increments • Comfortable creating and analyzing charts in tools such as Amplitude, ChartMogul, Metabase, Hotjar • Professional proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and customer insights tools such as Dovetail • Already created, delivered, and maintained a design system • Experience in coordinating the work of external or less experienced Product Designers • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to communicate and push a design rationale backed by quantitative & qualitative data • Company values resonate with you: rationality, well-being, honesty, long-term vision, humility • Based in France, Spain, or Portugal.
