• Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions. • Phil’s B2B2C platform provides an end-to-end prescription management and delivery service. • The team at PHIL is a group of like-minded individuals from varying backgrounds, passionate about creating a new and innovative healthcare platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, finance, or related fields, including 1-2 years in management consulting. • Highly analytical mindset and deep comfort with data analytics. • Strategic thinker capable of operating at both high-level business strategy and execution-focused problem-solving. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Finance, Client Success, Marketing, and Operations teams. • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with a scrappy, "figure it out and get it done" mentality. • Background in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals. • Experience in a B2B enterprise startup environment. • Familiarity with Google Suites, particularly Looker.
