PHIL is seeking a Director of Business Operations - Client Success to own the program design for all of our client programs. This role will focus on pricing strategy, program economics optimization, financial forecasting, and sales strategy. You will be the go-to leader and source of truth across the organization for all things related to our client programs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 8 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, finance, or related fields, including 1-2 years in management consulting. Highly analytical mindset with strong financial modeling skills and deep comfort with data analytics. Strategic thinker capable of operating at both high-level business strategy and execution-focused problem-solving. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Finance, Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with a scrappy, "figure it out and get it done" mentality.
