• Maximize Order Intake, Margin, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction • Formulate patient monitoring strategy for Malaysia • Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders and Training Centers • Provide Sales support for potential opportunities • Perform Win-loss Analysis and collect/update market intelligence • Coordinate technical, business and clinical application team support • Take ownership on Customer Feedback Solutions • Provide mentoring and coaching to Clinical Application Team members
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field • At least 7 - 10 years of experience in product management or marketing • Experience in working with channel partners • Experience in clinical/Hospital IT/EMR field/Patient Monitoring (HPM), Emergency Care (EC), Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AMD) • Excellent organizational skills, written and oral presentation skills
