• Provide support and manage all aspects of Clinical Education, Business Growth, Marketing and Strategic representations of the MATC modalities within Philippines. • Maximize Order Intake, Margin, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction for the MATC modalities and related business solutions • Formulate and drive local product marketing plan with alignment to regional MATC representation within dedicated local events in the region; • Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders and Training Centers with support of Local Business Team; • Provide Sales support for potential opportunities including providing product and clinical presentations; • Take ownership on Customer Feedback Solutions to focus on good customer relations and brand image • Provide mentoring and coaching to the Clinical Application Team members to uphold high level of professionalism
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiology Technology or the equivalent • At least 7 - 10 years of experience in product management or marketing, medical industry preferred • In-depth knowledge and experience of modality/products, preferably with Patient Monitoring, Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guide Therapy • Excellent organizational skills, written and oral presentation skills with the ability to present to multiple audiences
