Requirements

• 7 + years of demonstrated success in leading and scaling technology teams in a startup environment. • Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture, and deployment. • Must have the ability to architect, develop in, and manage people in the following tech stack: AWS, Aurora MySQL / PlanetScale, PHP, jQuery, React.js, React Native. • Nice to have: Versori or like technology for native integrations and custom workflows. • Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate and execute a clear technology strategy. • Innovation: A track record of introducing innovative technologies to drive business success. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
