• Hi, we’re Phiture — the mobile growth consultancy working with the teams behind leading apps like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO. • As a Growth Lead at Phiture, you'll serve as the primary strategist and leader for your team, driving not only team performance but also innovation and growth for your clients. • This is not just a team lead role – it’s a senior, high-impact position where your strategic vision shapes integrated marketing solutions across App Store Optimization (ASO), Performance Marketing, and Retention. • Your expertise will be crucial in aligning marketing activities with client objectives, ensuring long-term success, and enhancing Phiture’s position as a leader in mobile growth. • You’ll be the key leader ensuring that client KPIs and North Star goals are consistently achieved. • Lead your team in working together towards a unified vision and strategy. • Your leadership will guide your team toward achieving its full potential. • Set and review performance metrics for each account, ensuring all strategies are aligned with client goals. • Regularly monitor KPIs and guide the team in course corrections as needed. • Harness cutting-edge generative AI tools to drive innovation in your team’s creative and analytical processes. • Support business development efforts and collaborate on client pitches, ensuring new business is accurately scoped and your team is equipped to deliver on client commitments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic mobile growth leadership, with expertise in ASO, performance marketing, and retention. • Strong experience in client relationship management across multiple markets, excelling in both communication and service. • Ability to align client goals with marketing strategies, ensuring long-term success for both clients and Phiture. • Interest and experience with generative AI tools to drive innovation and operational efficiencies. • Proven ability to lead a diverse team and mentor senior-level consultants, ensuring the overall success of your pod and its members. • A strategic mindset with the ability to jump in hands-on when required, balancing leadership with execution.
