Description

• We're seeking a seasoned Growth Consultant to assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key clients. • As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team, your responsibilities extend beyond client management. • You’ll be driving forward individual ASO client projects, mentoring the other team members, and supporting our Growth Lead. • Organize and ensure smooth operations within the pod daily. • Support key ASO clients globally by providing guidance on strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of ASO experience, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment • Solid knowledge of ASO and a good understanding of mobile marketing, with experience in performance marketing as a significant plus • Understanding of research and experimentation methodologies to discover solutions and strategies • Strong research skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset • Excellent client management skills • Excellent English skills (spoken and written) • Nice to have: Apple search ads experience
