📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • The Multimedia & Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and optimizing high-quality visual content that enhances brand identity, engagement, and conversions. • Key Focus Areas include ensuring multimedia assets align with branding and driving audience interaction. • Design & Create compelling visuals for social media, ads, websites, and branded content. • Edit & Optimize multimedia assets to enhance engagement and performance. • Collaborate with Marketing & Content Teams to develop high-impact visuals. • Ensure Brand Consistency across all platforms. • Stay Updated on Trends to improve design quality and effectiveness. • Manage & Organize Assets to maintain an efficient workflow.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia creation, or related field. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or equivalent tools. • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and digital content trends. • Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics is a plus. • Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and ability to receive constructive feedback.
