• Position Overview: • We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in growth marketing and content creation to join our team. • This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives and is passionate about innovative sports technology. • The position is flexible and can be based out of our headquarters in Skellefteå, Sweden, or performed remotely. • We encourage candidates with relevant marketing experience outside of Sweden to apply. • Key Responsibilities: • Growth Marketing (40%): Develop, implement, and manage growth marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing funnels across all customer journey stages. • Conducted A/B testing, tracked performance metrics, and reported on campaign results to drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Manage paid campaigns (Social media ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. • Identify new growth channels and opportunities to scale marketing efforts, both online and offline. • Content Creation (40%): Plan, script, and execute in-person video shoots, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed. • Create high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media assets, newsletters, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns. • Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with key marketing initiatives. • Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone across all content platforms. • Engage with the community through content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging. • Stay updated on trends in content marketing and digital media to drive creative approaches and fresh ideas. • Event Planning and Delivery (20%): Plan and coordinate industry/trade events, including conferences and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, and collateral for events. • Lead pre-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and post-event follow-up strategies for lead nurturing. • Represent the brand at events, engaging with potential clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results. • Experience with Wordpress and HubSpot • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media). • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision-making. • Fluent English literacy • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with the sports technology industry is a plus.
