📋 Description

• Overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP • Maintaining strong internal controls • Providing strategic oversight for all accounting services, including financial reporting • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and aligning financial reporting with Presbyterian's long-term goals • Delivering actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Masters degree preferred • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the healthcare industry • Public accounting experience is highly preferred • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving process improvement • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards • Ability to research complex accounting issues and communicate findings • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting • Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
