Description

β€’ Phoenix Cyber is looking for a Help Desk Team Lead to join our client delivery team β€’ This is a remote, work-from-home position with the possibility of minimal travel within the continental United States.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advanced IT support role β€’ At least 2 years in a leadership position β€’ Solid foundation in basic networking, application, database, and Linux and Windows operating systems troubleshooting from an end-user perspective β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a 24x7 operations environment β€’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills β€’ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously β€’ Strong customer service orientation and a history of supporting direct customer interfaces β€’ Experience with other IT service management tools β€’ Knowledge of network and server infrastructure β€’ Experience with ticketing system β€’ Strong technical skills in networking, application management, database management, and operating system administration
