β’ This is a remote position. β’ Company Description: Based in Miami, Florida, our team comprises talented, collaborative, and passionate individuals working towards the first innovative intoxicating beverages since alcohol. β’ Role Overview: Triple Beverages is seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager of Field Marketing to drive our brands presence through strategic event planning, recruitment, and social media content creation. β’ This role involves managing tasters, college ambassadors, and partnership leads, as well as organizing and optimizing various promotional events. β’ The Manager of Field Marketing will work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful execution of these initiatives and achieve business goals. β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Recruitment & Management: Recruit and manage our tasting program ambassadors and college ambassadors. Provide feedback and performance reviews of associates' brand ambassadors' abilities in a timely, consistent fashion. Develop partnerships with various organizations. Plan and execute tastings, tailgates, and large events nationwide. Meet quantitative and qualitative KPIs related to recruitment, retention, and outcomes. β’ Event Planning: Plan and coordinate between 10-20 tailgates/college events each year. Organize around 1500+ tastings each year. Coordinate around 10 sponsored, large events per year, and around 10 small event sponsorships per year. Determine anticipated ROI for each event with associated post-event evaluation based on event-driven sales and promotional activities. Monitor and report the number and quality of events organized, including tastings, larger events, and campus-based promotional events. Perform evaluation of events based on attendance, engagement, and sales performance. β’ Social Media Content Creation: Promote upcoming events on Triple's social media platforms. Create engaging social media content related to all event types and hand off to our Director of Ecommerce. Encourage and monitor engagement of college and tasting ambassadors and event partners.
β’ Minimum Qualifications: β’ Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. β’ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contractors, ambassadors, and priorities effectively. β’ Passionate about being at the cutting edge of the beverage industry. β’ Must be self-motivated, with a high level of energy and the ability to work independently. β’ Familiarity with the event/ college life/ nightlife scene is a plus. β’ Must have a valid and valid driver's license. β’ Willingness to embrace technology to perform job functions. β’ Must be willing to travel to all territories where we have distribution. β’ Must be willing to work nights and weekends to support special event activations, samplings, and festivals as needed. β’ Ability to lift 50 lbs. β’ Successful completion of background check upon acceptance of offer β’ Preferred Qualifications: β’ College degree or equivalent experience. β’ 3-5 years Event Industry Experience. β’ Proficiency using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). β’ Proficiency using CRM systems, ZOHO β’ Preferred Knowledge of analytics and reporting principles
β’ Base Compensation : $60,000 per year β’ Quarterly & Annual Bonus Structure: Up to $40000 annually which equates to potential earning of $100,000 in year one. β’ Cell Phone & Internet Allowance : Up to $150.00 per month β’ Paid Time Off: 15 Days PTO + designated Company Holidays β’ Medical, Dental, Vision
