• Solid proven experience and success as a Regional Sales Director, Area Manager or similar senior sales role in cybersecurity. • Knowledge of, or training in, MEDDPICC framework would be an advantage. • Experience selling IT Security software to a corporate enterprise IT audience. • Demonstrable ability to manage complex sales cycles including the ability to provide coordination and direction to the extended team. • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce to maintain a current and accurate pipeline. • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence. • Ability to present and engage an audience. • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team. • High influencing and strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude. • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company. • Focus and time management skills to work remotely and autonomously; with ability to travel as needed.
