You will be able to have a direct impact on the future of our business by helping to influence global adoption of our award-winning Complete Security Validation platform. • As a Salesforce Administrator for our team in Picus, you will play a critical role in our journey of uplifting our CRM beyond a fundamental data management tool towards a strategic asset that drives our business forward. Your core mission is to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform, making it serve as a robust tool for driving revenue, improving efficiency and delivering exceptional user experience. This role is about crafting and owning agile systems and micro processes that boost productivity and streamline operations across the organization. • In this role, you will engage with various teams around the globe, develop strategic concepts and embed them into the daily needs of sales, marketing, revenue operations, data analytics and customer operations teams as practical responses, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency in the relevant operations.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in an equivalent role in a B2B software organization • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification. Having additional relevant certifications is a plus • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management and automation enablers • Proven track record of process development and implementation around Salesforce • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail, a system-oriented proactive mindset for improved outcomes and commitment to quality • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting and proficiency in English • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
