This position is critical in ensuring streamlined operations, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and driving consistency across key deal-related workflows. • As a core member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, design and implement scalable processes, and take ownership of essential decision-making responsibilities. Your contributions will enhance operational excellence, support strategic business objectives, and enable seamless execution of deals across global markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple control points and identifying discrepancies (audit experience preferred). • Confident decision-maker with the ability to balance flexibility and strict policy adherence in approval processes. • Proficient in process design, with the ability to analyze systems, workflows, and relationships to create scalable solutions. • Flexible working hours, especially during high-demand periods like quarter-ends, and adaptable to US time zones. • Excellent English proficiency and communication skills for frequent cross-team collaboration. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. • Proactive and solution-oriented team player with a "can-do" attitude. • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and departments. • Familiarity with SaaS business models and industry metrics is a plus.
