• Taking an omnichannel approach to generate leads including email direct marketing, social media (Instagram and LinkedIn), and networking • Develop relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs • Present, promote, and sell agency services • Coordinate with team members and other departments • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports • Draft client services agreements • Coordinate and manage client hand-off to client services team and finance • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends • Continuously improve through feedback
• 5+ years of relevant client acquisition experience • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Experience or work in a professional services and agency environment preferred • Working knowledge of CRM programs, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
