β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to the client. β€’ Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value. β€’ Work collaboratively and have very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking. β€’ Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution. β€’ Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. β€’ Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward. β€’ Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs. β€’ Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling integrations of SAP into the Salesforce Platform. β€’ Develop current-state and future-state architectural diagrams and define technical and functional requirements for integration interfaces. β€’ For clients with complex configuration requirements, you will leverage our strategic partner solution, Logik.io. Upon hire, we will train you to acquire a working knowledge of the Logik solution and during projects, you will be able to pull in our internal Logik.io Center of Excellence team.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience. β€’ Specialization in Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ or some form of Configure/Price/Quote background (Apttus, Steelbrick. etc.). β€’ High understanding of the technical integration of Salesforce into SAP, or other similar ERP systems. β€’ Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills. β€’ Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences. β€’ Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience. β€’ A great listener with the ability to communicate with people in diverse roles. β€’ Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. β€’ Possess the ability to code and direct others on best practice with APEX, JavaScript and LWC. β€’ Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems. β€’ Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. β€’ Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization. β€’ Application design and development background. β€’ Travel may be required and varies depending on the client requirements. β€’ Strong Enterprise Architecture background would be favorable. β€’ Relevant Salesforce experience is desired. β€’ Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce product certifications prior to joining: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, etc.
