• Building the nuts and bolts to an on-chain financial ecosystem • Searching for a Head of Community to lead Pike’s community expansion strategy • Collaborating with our growth and product teams to drive community traction and awareness
• 3+ years of experience in customer acquisition and/or customer success roles, preferably within crypto or SaaS sectors, with a proven track record of customer service management • Must be an active DeFi user and genuinely passionate about DeFi • Proficient in social media channel management: Discord, X and Farcaster • Excellent community engagement and desire to drive customer success • Experience with handling high pressure cases such as customer complaints and/or service outage • Ability to de-escalate and handle hostile interactions with community members and customers • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving targets • High agency and ability to work effectively in a remote setting and adapt to a rapidly changing environment • Preference will be given to candidates with experience founding a company or building side projects in the crypto/Web3 space
