📋 Description
• The Product Marketing Manager will support the Food Group and Country operations in developing the Agribusiness for the Poultry category. • This role focuses on product innovation and managing new product ranges by utilizing market studies to validate concepts and ideas. • The position reports to the Vice President - Marketing, Agribusiness COE, and works closely with the Research & Technology Development and local Sales teams. • Lead and facilitate stakeholders in managing the assigned segment across the food group. • Work with Market Research Manager in gathering market data and competitive intelligence. • Develop a clear understanding of products, markets & consumers to grow the category. • Work with Research & Technical Development team for product management and development. • Lead the packaging aspects considering market needs. • Co-own the P&L of assigned products and categories, managing total category budget.
🎯 Requirements
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management/Administration; Marketing; Engineering; Veterinary Medicine or Animal Nutrition • At least 8 years work experience in agribusiness / feeds category - Poultry with a good balance between product knowledge and marketing activation • Regional (Asia) experience is desirable • Can speak fluent English
