Requirements

• Master's law degree or JD, Bar qualification required. • Minimum 5 years PQE. • Solid knowledge of contract law and copyright law, familiar with the software industry and cloud service industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to act independently and reliably under time pressure and on multiple tasks. • Solid integrity and sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, proactive. • Preferably with prior experience in the cloud service/database/SaaS industry. • Working experience in MNCs as in-house counsel is an advantage.
