Supply Chain Consulting & Management • IT O&I • VDI and Enterprise Architecture • Process Improvement • Program Management
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog • Work closely with developers and testers to ensure user stories are well-defined and acceptance criteria are met • Lead User Centered Design (UCD) sessions with stakeholders, gathering the requirements to develop wireframes, screen flows, navigation, taxonomy, and prototypes • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders • Develop process models, workflow diagrams, and data analysis reports • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes • Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (i.e., 508, FedRAMP, HIPAA) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality software releases
• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred • Required Experience: 5 years of relevant experience • Degrees may be substituted for years of experience: 8 years of experience • Capable of quickly learning and understanding the client's business goals, cycles, and processes • Tech savvy and able to quickly gain expertise on new systems to guide the customer on how to serve their business needs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to analyze issues and resolve problems quickly • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment • CSM or Agile experience preferred • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software
