🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of instructional design expertise in corporate learning, with a strong focus on sales enablement and experience supporting global sales teams. • Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies (such as ADDIE, Agile/SAM, and Design Thinking), and content strategy, aligning with Pinterest's innovative culture. • Experience developing scalable learning programs that empower sales teams to excel. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality training solutions on time within Pinterest's dynamic environment. • Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of translating complex information into clear, engaging, and instructionally sound content that supports Pinterest's sales objectives. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic alignment, and measure learning impact using data-driven insights tailored to Pinterest's goals and culture. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration or equivalent experience. • Experience incorporating AI, adaptive learning, and gamification into training programs that support sales enablement at Pinterest. • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards, ensuring inclusivity and compliance in Pinterest's learning initiatives. • Background in sales enablement, advertising, or technical training, ideally within a digital or social media environment like Pinterest.
