Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design and implementation of large scale distributed systems (backend) using Java • Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing backend architectures for performance, scalability, and reliability • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing backend performance • Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams of backend engineers • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
