Description

• Responsible for strategic finance and day-to-day financial operations • Play a key role in strategic decision making • Develop and help lead company-wide finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial planning, financial analysis, accounting, and financial reporting • Model out financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations to aid strategic decision-making and resource prioritization • Define and track monthly/quarterly key performance indicators • Collaborate with RevOps lead to drive monthly financial reviews • Liaise with other external parties e.g., 3rd party accounting team, tax advisors, banks, etc. • Assist with investor relations, board materials, fundraising, diligence requests, and other external facing activities on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of finance experience, both at an investment bank or PE firm, and in-house at an early stage SaaS company in an FP&A role • Experience in Fintech or usage-based business models a plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; demonstrable track record of being scrappy, and finding creative solutions to tough, and oftentimes ambiguous problems • Strong problem solving and analytics skills, including deep experience with financial modeling • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
