• Seeking a highly motivated and experienced EDI On-boarding Customer Success Manager • Responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end onboarding process for customers using EDI solutions • Requires strong understanding of EDI processes, project management and multitasking skills • Focus on X12 EDI capabilities to integrate with North America Retail trading partners • Key EDI documents supported: 850, 855, 856, 810, 846 • Primary contact for customers during onboarding process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration • Manage outsourced EDI onboarding partners • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Project management of timelines, deliverables, and resources • Provide training and support on Pipe17's platform focusing on EDI • Act as customer advocate within Pipe17
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success and/or project management in e-commerce • Solid understanding of EDI processes and standards • Strong project management skills with multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of integration technologies is a plus • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
