Description

• The Sales Solution Engineer team is the support and engine of the Pipe17 Sales Team. The team seeks to guide and find scalable solutions for potential customers • The solution engineer helps the sales team to highlight the main business benefits to prospecting customers • Expected multifunctional skills such as sales planning and understanding the needs of partners • Specializing in complex sales, pre-sales, and engineering tasks • Providing training and fostering a collaborative environment • Leading multifunctional teams, managing diverse business solution projects, and exhibiting strong problem-solving skills • Developing and delivering compelling presentations and world-class demos • Having deep knowledge of technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, Typescript, Node.js, GraphQL, EDI, APIs, etc • Translating the customers’ needs into business and architectural solutions • Having a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems • Assisting with demand generation activities • Maintaining a positive, enthusiastic disposition during all interactions • Being resourceful and creative • Continuously innovating ways and techniques to improve outcomes • Being a results-driven self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a competitive environment

Requirements

• Experience in developing working relationships across all levels of management, internally and externally • Experience in pre-selling or selling ecommerce solutions, iPaaS, and technical knowledge for platform and integration models via API • Customer advocacy both pre-sales and post-sales • Expertise in architecting solutions, project management, and technical solution development in ecommerce technology • Effective communication and compelling product demonstrations • Comprehensive knowledge in solution architecture and technical solution development • Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communications • Advanced English knowledge (preferred)
