Description

•Job Summary: The Finance and Revenue Operations Manager will oversee all financial and revenue operations activities, integrating development, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive sustainable growth. •Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate revenue forecasts, manage budgets, financial modeling, and enhance financial processes. •About You: MBA with 2-4 years experience in venture capital, private equity or investment banking, exceptional problem-solving, analytical skills, and a growth mindset are essential.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred •Proven track record in financial planning, operational optimization, and cross-functional leadership •Expertise in financial software, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics •Strong strategic and tactical decision-making abilities and effective presentation skills
