• 3+ years relevant work experience in Game Design or Engineering • 1-2+ professional titles shipped as a game designer or engineer • Strong collaboration skills • Experience with designing complex systems and/or tools • Unreal 5 experience with strong blueprint skills • FPS and/or 3rd person action experience • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in scripting and programming languages • Familiarity w/ Jira, Confluence, or equivalent task tracking and collaborative environments • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both written and verbal • Show exceptional deductive reasoning skills • Work with and lead teams, including taking direction and inspiring others • Assist in solving problems in resourceful ways • Organize and communicate complex systems and data with an attention to detail • Work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Be flexible to changing priorities • Able to work well and collaborate with remote teams • Experience working as a level designer or with level designers
