Description
• Work with our search team to produce and review searches and title reports • Determine the legal conditions of properties • Ensure the quality of the final product prior to delivery to clients • Support our Customer Service team with important updates or clarifications
Requirements
• 5+ years as an abstractor/examiner at an advanced level is required including online search experience • Commercial search experience highly preferred • Familiarity with various state guidelines and searching state, city, county, and school property tax jurisdictions online • Attention to detail resulting in accurate, clear, and professionally formatted title reports • Good judgement related to access to confidential borrower data • Advanced proficiency in various MS Office tools such as Word and Excel • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work overtime, as necessary, to support and fulfill client timeline requirements
