📋 Description
• Lead the development and execution of web3 marketing strategies, focusing on community growth, engagement, and the expansion of our IP and ecosystem. • Collaborate closely with community, product, and leadership teams to integrate player feedback into our go-to-market plans, ensuring they resonate with our core audience. • Establish and manage partnerships within the web3 ecosystem, driving marketing, monetization, and product release strategies with a focus on blockchain-specific audiences. • Drive category-defining campaigns that capture and cut through the noise. • Develop and grow the studio's main social media profiles while looking to expand our audience in other channels. • Communicate clear marketing objectives and strategies, develop tailored assets, and implement data-driven post-execution analysis to enhance our product and business performance. • Foster strong relationships across internal and external teams, acting as a key communicator and advocate for our web3 initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFT markets, especially within gaming. • A web3 native user, across gaming and defi and crypto NFT’s. • Strong experience in leading web3 activations and content creation. • You are delivery-focused and committed to driving results for the team and studio rather than personal gain. • Report on campaign goals and budgets, particularly in a start-up environment. • Exceptional project management skills with a knack for drafting precise project briefs and content specifications. • A growth mindset, always seeking to learn and apply the latest best practices in the rapidly evolving web3 landscape. • Experience managing IPs across games, NFTs, and other blockchain onchain assets. • Knowledge and experience launching blockchain-enabled games on mobile. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills specific to the web3 environment. • Familiarity with operating across multiple markets, including an understanding of both east and western markets.
