• Provide personalized service, adapt to different situations on a daily basis and assist young professionals in gaining a life-changing experience. • Responsible for keeping candidates satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service. • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with our U.S. Partner Organizations. • Support candidates with the preparation, control, and distribution of all required documents to apply for their Visa. • Conduct coaching sessions with candidates prior to their Embassy Interview. • Liaise between the candidates and our internal teams. • Employ critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
• Be a student/graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related fields • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and adaptive • Possess an excellent work ethic and passion for helping others • Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
