• Create and administer effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness • Lead the team to develop, implement and monitor social media strategies, delegate the expansion of our social media presence (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram) • Read and interpret digital data to help businesses and marketing departments make a better business decision • Verify the creation of stunning & professional promotional material for our programs • Monitor budget distribution and targeted performance of paid ad campaigns (FB/IG) • Monitor and reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement to track the success of our marketing efforts • Responsible for the savvy utilization of budgets in order to maximize benefits • Generate pertinent performance reports and develop strategies to seize opportunities and overcome challenges • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including advertisements, videos, and promotional content. • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Monitor and manage the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, banners, and website content. • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness. • Stay current with data privacy regulations and ensure compliance in all marketing activities. • Create a content strategy that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience. • Develop personalized marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage specific customer segments. • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market. • Share insights and recommendations with the team and leadership to drive innovation in marketing strategies. • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in (Digital/ Traditional) Marketing, preferably 5 years of Management Experience • Leadership and soft skills are very important • Excellent Native English level both written and spoken, Spanish is a plus • Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required • Experience in marketing tools such as SEO and SEM, social media, PR, and email marketing • Able to work under pressure and perform efficiently • Exceptional attention to detail, good multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize • Knowledge in (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office • Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communication results and provide recommendations. • Graduate from a hospitality school in the market; can relate to students and recent graduates and connect with them. • Understands and believes in the value of international experience and education. • Humble and respectful; takes the time to listen to others and understand their point of view. • Result Driven; focuses on desired results, and sets and achieves challenging goals. • Self Driven; motivated to do or achieve better results and quality services because of his/her own enthusiasm or interest. • Organized; can efficiently organize his/her time and work and the team. • Polished look and good presentation; represents the image of Placement International and luxury hospitality. • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate with both candidates and school representatives and build relationships with them. • Public Speaking Skills; Not only can he/she deliver the information during the presentation but also engages and interacts with the audience, captures their attention and makes a mark. • Diplomatic; Correct in the information being communicated and balancing honesty with compassion when interacting. • Role model; Leading by example.
