Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries and support requests. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their unique challenges and requirements related to CRM usage. • Analyze existing CRM processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop and implement solutions to address CRM-related issues and enhance system functionality. • Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform. • Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing measures to maintain accuracy and consistency. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM technology to recommend innovative solutions. • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM performance and usage metrics. • Act as a liaison between the company and CRM vendors, managing vendor relationships and escalations as needed. • Planning, Research & Development of projects, including the coordination of the different tasks, development of the deadlines, milestones & kpis. • Researching information & Data management Analysis. • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress. • Registering and recording status on different platforms. • Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. • Assume the duties and responsibilities of the manager in their absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. • Fluent level of English • 1-2 years of proven experience working with CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into CRM solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is a plus. • Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Jira or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable. • HubSpot certification or relevant CRM certifications are advantageous. • Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required. • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement around shaping our product thinking. • Experience working with Agile Scrum workflow. • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
