Description
• Collaborating with various teams within the company to identify challenges, develop solutions, and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency. • Reporting directly to the Project manager. • Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals. • Planning, Research & Development of projects, including the coordination of the different tasks, development of the deadlines, milestones & kpis. • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress. • Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. • Assisting in financial cost management of the project and keep a check on the risk management of the project’s progressions and budget. • Analyzing existing CRM processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM performance and usage metrics.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. • Fluent level of English • 1-2 years of proven experience working with CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into CRM solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is a plus. • Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Jira or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable. • HubSpot certification or relevant CRM certifications are advantageous. • Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement around shaping our product thinking. • Experience working with Agile Scrum workflow. • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
