Description

• The Integrations Operations Engineering team focuses on strengthening Plaid’s network with financial institutions • The team directly resolves issues with integrations to increase reliability and quality of data • They create new integrations to grow the financial network and ensure industry-leading connectivity

Requirements

• Investigate and resolve the highest impact integrations issues by writing maintainable code with tests and deploying them to production • Participate in pull requests and other code review as both a receiver and giver of feedback • Rotate in on-call schedules with other Engineering teams to ensure uptime of integrations • Apply creative problem solving to solve problems at a more abstract and holistic level • At least one year of professional software engineering experience • Experience developing web services and APIs, or clients/integrations that interface with them • Customer-first attitude with a strong sense of empathy • Proven ability to identify and improve processes and increase efficiencies • Analytical and data-oriented approach to problem solving • Familiarity or experience with TypeScript
