Description
• Oversee the full employee life cycle, managing tasks from recruitment to off-boarding, including contracts, references, and certifications to ensure a seamless experience. • Drive recruitment efforts by advising on new position requirements, creating and posting job advertisements, and pre-selecting suitable candidates. • Continuously implement and manage all HR processes and data in our HRIS (Personio), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. • Prepare wage-relevant data for payroll accounting and certification, serving as the primary interface for payroll coordination. • Generate and analyze key HR metrics and reports, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. • Lead high-demand HR workshops and training sessions to foster knowledge and development within the team. • Manage the regular internal feedback process, including preparation, monitoring, and follow-up, to support a culture of continuous improvement. • Provide general support on team-related topics, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
Requirements
• A degree in business administration, human resources or comparable education • Professional experience in personnel administration, human resource, talent acquisition and / or recruiting, preferably in the startup or VC environment • An empathetic personality and self-starter who is able to work independently and take initiative • Knowledge of payroll accounting and ideally social security and payroll tax • Fluent in or native English and German • Strong analytical skills to optimise recruiting processes on a regular basis • Strong written and verbal communication skills
