We believe in using space to help life on Earth. •Planet designs, builds, and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites in history. •This constellation delivers an unprecedented dataset of empirical information via a revolutionary cloud-based platform. •Planet is looking for a strategic Industry Marketing Manager to help grow our civil government business in EMEA and APJ. •The Industry Marketing Manager supports cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving the adoption of Planet's data and analytics products within the civil government sector. •Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies for priority use cases, defining positioning and messaging, supporting regional and account based marketing campaigns, hosting customer-facing webinars and enabling our sales team.
Requirements
•Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree •6+ years of product, solutions or industry marketing, B2G experience a plus •Proven track record positioning products and marketing B2B/enterprise products •Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills •Creative and analytical thinking skills •Experience partnering with product, sales, and executive stakeholders and communicating across leadership •Organized, self-starter with ability to collaborate across departments
